The Fender Passport PD250 Portable PA System is the newest portable PA System by Fender. Loaded with useful features and a build quality that is well suited to the mobile musician.
It is not only loaded with 250W of power, but it comes with a 6-input mixer and a view very much on the technology of the 21st Century involved in its construction facilities.
The modular design makes it ideal for transportation. The central unit tower houses the 250W powered mixer, while theSpeakers are secured with a patented system latches.
Each channel has level, targeting, so you can shape the sounds of each channel to your ear. Basically, it is difficult to get a bad sound of this portable unit to PA. Pan controls and a rotary knob also controls equalizer tuning a simple task, leaving you to concentrate on your music. Each channel has a separate reverb control to give extra depth to your tunes.
A great feature is the PD250VIP control. Or do the vocal input priority control in the! This feature allows you to set a relative volume of a microphone input, which automatically reduces all signals on the other channels.
The speakers are both full bandwidth and sound great. They offer a clear, precise sound, and seem perfectly adapted to the amplifier. The speaker array consists of a total of 8 speakers covering the entire audio spectrum. Rejection feedback circuit does exactly as it sayson the tin, and eliminates the need for separate monitor speakers.
Overall, a great package, and we were really struggling to find fault with him. At that price, there is no other system that comes close. As a portable PA system it was perfect, we were able to set it up in 15 minutes, and we think that it would not serve easy to a volume of 300 to 500 people. A fantastic upgrade to a musician's tool.
