PREVIOUS taken steps to speaking and communication:
Step 1 The public is a space or generosity, what with life and self-expression needs to be filled. It is, without the filling empty. Here comes the courage to speak. Your audience can only act as a sponge on what I am through physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
STEP 2 The public sector HAS DIFFERENT rules of conduct. The public sector is not a social, personal or intimate or are in the office. Beingis observed, a circumstance, so the mighty power of an audience can have on a speaker or communicator. In public speaking, is the spokesman for the star of the show. He or she is the center, the pièce de resistance, the peak and the No. 1 ingredient in the formula. Not everyone is prepared for this kind of attention to itself.
STEP 3-planting DECIDE to anchor, belong, and RELATE! If the fear is speaking in front of audiences as real for most people, it is thereforeuseful to know why to overcome, and hopefully develop the capacity for this shameful fear. I would suggest that anxiety has a lot to keep up with the loss of control or not control. We are all around the core, afraid to be vulnerable and let our vigilance. So we tend to have the project on the immediate situation, all the consequences that would follow our loss of control. If I lose control, we would be laughed at, ridiculed, shamed, victims … Are cloze tests. When I was a publiccan only believe what the speaker focused and believes in himself. There's nothing more relaxing, stimulating and attractive than a speaker who absolutely belongs in front of his audience. When we become self-aware, we are stopping technically
Can not afford STEP-4-YOU, WITHOUT A PUBLIC PERSONA! Speakers, actors and communicators should be more aware of the good news is that it represents. Create a person, so the audience can identify with you, you can relax and trust inYour presence. You do not need to create the persona of who you are, be different, but perhaps the best out of your qualities include. In order to explore in public is a wonderful opportunity to grow past limiting beliefs themselves. Most people are by who they are personally, if they are in the public embarrassment. It does not go over very well. Greek tragedies performers all wore masks or figures, so that people not only identify with them, but their own personal mythology byit.
You can not afford to work without a metaphorical mask. If you are looking at a speech or presentation, you will be interpreted by a mechanism that can not be helped. They are viewed through the eye or visual perspective of the theater experience. Their personal, social or private self can not be identified if you are easily in the foreground. Who we are personally disappearing in the public atmosphere, and must be replaced with a solid "persona," a creative sign, so to speak. We all play roles in life so being public is not different. Being in public is heightened living. The more important the outcome of our communications, the more heightened our presence must be! Content shines through the vessel or channel that the speaker allows. If your sense of yourself is heightened, it shall be noticed as such.
STEP 5-PLAY IN THE OPEN! The public realm within which we deliver speeches is an OPEN REALM! Therefore, the theatrical aspect of any speech or Presentation is important to understand. The "space" as ones in which we represent, or speak, is 3-D, experience, open empty, meaningless and more important. Each scene before a presentation or speech is that the nature: it is barren, empty and meaningless … until it is filled with life and meaning. Is it so hard to recognize? Always went in the spring before your presentation, if no one there? What makes us afraid, very often such aspects of "life presentation" if you will, which must be filledthree-dimensional.
When I step in front of the group, presented only with my impeccable knowledge of the problem of arms, it is a wonder that there are often flat and dull and lifeless? The audience instinctively to the transmission of content is not riveted. The other dimensions must be brought back to life. A good speaker, communicator or presenter, has been or will be in existence. The area itself is also open to offer any resistance, and therefore, will swallowsomething whole that is not sustainable with skill.
All public space or presentation is borrowed convention. When a company of actors is a show, they do so after the above-mentioned type of stage, or kingdom. A speaker is very much like an artist before a blank canvas. Everything has to be established and sustained, positive with the craft at all.
When living in the public very clearly, and we are not always ready. Hence the importance of solidTo see skills and a healthy appetite and be heard. We do not defend ourselves seen, as we prefer to be private. Privacy can be achieved in the public, but only after careful consideration of the open nature of the empire.
Thus, in the open! The idea is that we recognize that in an open space to hide the only contemplative thought, which is ridiculous. It's exactly what we are trying to hide that there is now in the foreground. So you have two options: Play your mistakes or learn about the outdoorsAbility to make the error passive or invisible. Personally, I like a healthy mix of both, as it provides an ecological benefit. Did I forget to mention, it's much more fun to "play in the open." What gaffe was designed to make it, you'll do anyway! Public does not talk about perfect! To quote the great Joseph Campbell, "the perfect man is not interesting!"
